How do I contact customer service?

For customer service, product, order, or shipping-related inquiries, please contact customercare@daphnewilde.com. We do our best to respond to all product and order-related inquiries within 48 business hours, and we appreciate your patience with us during higher volume times like new collection drops.

How do I pre-order a housedress?

You can pre-order a housedress like you would any other dress. The expected ship date can be found on the product page once you select your size and color. All pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.

What if the housedress I want is sold out?

 

All of our dresses are made in limited edition drops. However, there’s a chance we may get the product you’re interested back in stock. Please email customercare@daphnewilde.com and if the housedress comes back in stock, we’ll do all we can to get it to you.

 

Where are Daphne Wilde housedresses made?

 

All of our housedresses dresses are made in New York City. They are then hand-finished in New York City by refugees or first generation immigrants. We want both you and women new to this country to feel better at home.
