What is your return policy?

We want you to love your housedress as much as we do. If you’re not completely happy you can return an unworn, unwashed housedress within 14 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing.

Your return must be approved via returns@daphnewilde.com before shipping. Please state your order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. Items returned without the proper authorization will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of your return your refund will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your credit to be issued.

Please note all personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return

    How do I return a housedress?

    Unworn housedresses with tags still attached may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

    How do I exchange a housedress?

    We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different dress, return the housedress you received and place a new order.

    Can I return or exchange a monogrammed item?

    Monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

    How do I return a housedress if I received it as a gift?

    Please email returns@daphnewilde.com and following the steps for creating a return. We will issue you a gift card for daphnewilde.com.
