We want you to love your housedress as much as we do. If you’re not completely happy you can return an unworn, unwashed housedress within 14 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing.
Your return must be approved via firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping. Please state your order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. Items returned without the proper authorization will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of your return your refund will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your credit to be issued.
Please note all personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return
Unworn housedresses with tags still attached may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
1. Email email@example.com and we will send you a return shipping label. Please note that the return shipping address is different than the address listed on your packing slip. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
2. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.
3. Please note the nature of the return or exchange on the invoice - wrong size, just don’t like it, etc.
4. Return your package to the address listed on your email from firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different dress, return the housedress you received and place a new order.
Monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
